Return policy

Every United Chairs chair comes with 30-day returns and a 10-year structural guarantee. If a piece isn't right for your room — or for you — we'll make it right.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. We'll refund the full price of the chair to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the return.
Eligibility
- The chair must have been purchased directly from unitedchairs.sale
- It must be in re-saleable condition (gently used is fine, structurally damaged is not)
- Original packaging is required for safe return transit
- Custom and made-to-order commissions are non-returnable
How to start a return
- Email support@unitedchairs.sale with your order number and a short note on why.
- We'll book a UK collection with our logistics partner within one working day. International returns are at the customer's expense.
- Once received and inspected, your refund is issued within 7 working days.
10-year guarantee
If a United Chairs chair fails structurally within 10 years of delivery — a joint splits, a frame cracks, anything we built — we'll repair it or replace it, free of charge. Normal wear of upholstery, leather patina and natural timber movement are not covered.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your chair arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
