Shipping policy

Every United Chairs chair leaves our workshop in London, packed by hand. Below is what to expect after you place an order.

Lead times

In-stock chairs ship within 3 working days. Made-to-order pieces are built in batches and typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks. We'll confirm an estimated dispatch date in your order confirmation.

UK delivery

• Smaller chairs (Noma Dining, Kite Stool) — tracked, 2–4 working days · £14.95
• Larger chairs (Aero Lounge, Meridian, Pivot, Orbit) — 2-person room delivery, 5–10 working days · £49
• Free UK delivery on orders over £400

International shipping

• Europe — quoted at checkout, 7–14 working days
• Rest of world — by white-glove logistics, quoted on request

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by the destination country.

Tracking

Once your chair ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. For room-of-choice deliveries we'll book a delivery slot with you in advance.

Lost or delayed parcels

We treat any UK parcel as lost after 14 working days from dispatch and any international parcel after 35 days. We'll resend or refund — your choice — once that window passes.
